Shelly is the leader of The Shelly Watne Group with Iannelli & Associates Real Estate who has been proudly serving clients since earning her license in March of 1993. Originally from North Dakota, Shelly relocated to Northern Arizona to enjoy the region’s beautiful weather and vibrant lifestyle. Over the years, she has established herself as a trusted, full-time real estate professional and has consistently ranked among Prescott’s top ten producers.
Known for her dedication, market expertise, and client-first approach, Shelly brings decades of experience and a deep understanding of the Prescott area to every transaction. She is committed to helping buyers and sellers make confident, informed decisions, always with integrity and personalized attention.
Outside of real estate, Shelly enjoys plays piano and guitar, gardening, and spending time with her beloved Giant Schnauzer.
Jacqueline McCrillis
Jacqueline is a dedicated member of The Shelly Watne Group with Iannelli & Associates Real Estate and proud third generation Realtor in the Prescott area. Having spent the majority of her life in Prescott and growing up in Chino Valley, She has deep roots in the community. Her childhood was shaped by a life with horses, spending nearly every day horseback riding and enjoying the open spaces of Northern Arizona.
Today, Jacqueline lives in Dewey, where she and her husband maintain a small hobby farm. Jacqueline is committed to her connection to country living.
In the office, Jacqueline serves as as assistant, contributing to the smooth and efficient operations of The Shelly Watne Group. She also loves working directly with clients, especially helping buyers find the right place to call home. Her local knowledge, warm personality, and genuine passion for real estate make her a valued part of the team.

Staci is a member of The Shelly Watne Group with Iannelli & Associates Real Estate. She has lived in Northern Arizona for 37 years. She brings deep local knowledge and a genuine love for the Prescott area to every client she serves. Before transitioning into real estate, she spent many years as a teacher in the Prescott Valley school system, a career that shaped her patient, attentiveness, and people first approach.
She is married to her husband Jeff, a retired Prescott firefighter & Nurse. Together they have raised their two sons in the community they are proud to call home. Family, service, and connection are at the heart of everything she does, including Real Estate.
