The Prescott Country Club area was developed in 1971 on the land that was originally part of the Fain family cattle ranch. The area is located approximately 15 miles east of Prescott, AZ, which was the former Arizona state capital, and approximately 90 miles North of the Phoenix Metro area. It is nestled in between the Bradshaw & Mingus Mountain ranges.
The Prescott Country Club is a wonderful community featuring approximately 1600 homes. The community also features a 18 hole golf course which are beautifully manicured with Kentucky blue grass and bent grass greens.
